ZapExpense does not require registration or personal accounts for the basic MVP version. All expense data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for ensuring your device is secure and backing up your data if desired.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and design elements of ZapExpense are the property of ZapExpense and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. ZapExpense is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss, device issues, or financial decisions based on the App.
6. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
